Strength Training for Runners - 8 Week Block

Our Senior Physiotherapist Orlagh Kearns leads this programme, she has extensive experience in working with runners from her time in Sydney where she worked in a running clinic! This programme is built to teach you how to use strength training to complement your running training and improve performance.

The programme includes one coached session per week (Tuesdays 7pm starting 31st January), one session per week to do in your own time and access to our gym facilities! This class will be capped at 6 people to ensure individualised coaching.

This 8 week block includes two sessions per week (one coached group session with Orlagh and one to do in your own time) and access to our state-of-the-art gym facilities for the eight weeks).
